Delete your Sukima account.

The short version. You can permanently delete your Sukima account and all data we hold about you, in any of three ways: in the app, by email, or by deleting through Apple App Store or Google Play. Server-side data is purged within 24 hours when you delete in-app, and within 7 business days for email requests.

In the app

Open Sukima, then Settings, then Delete Account, then type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and all server-stored items, categories, locations, preferences, and AI usage history are permanently deleted within 24 hours.

By email

Email hello@sukima.ai from the address on file with subject "Delete my account". Include your Support ID (the 8-character code from Settings, then Support ID) so we can locate your account.

We'll process the request within 7 business days and email you when it's done.

Through the App Store or Play Store

If you signed in with Apple, you can also revoke Sukima's access through Settings, then Apple ID, then Sign in with Apple, then Sukima, then Stop Using Apple ID. Once Apple notifies our server of the revocation, your account is deleted within 24 hours.

For Android users, you can revoke Sukima's access through your Google Account settings, then Sukima, then Remove access. Once Google notifies our server, your account is deleted within 24 hours.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (email, user ID, sign-in provider info)
• All tasks, items, projects, categories, locations, and AI preferences
• Subscription entitlement record. Any active App Store or Play Store subscription you must cancel separately through Apple Settings or Google Play, since billing relationships are managed by them, not us
• Usage history and per-account analytics events

What's retained

• Anonymous aggregate metrics (counts of API calls, no personally identifiable information)
• Required financial records for tax purposes (Stripe and App Store / Play Store receipts), retained 7 years per US law
• Backups age out within 30 days of deletion. After that, your data is gone from our systems entirely
