Is Sukima free?

Yes. The free tier includes unlimited tasks and projects, plus 15 AI sorts per month. An AI sort is one capture (your voice or text getting organized into tasks), one daily plan, one project step generation, or one Pick (Sukima choosing the next thing for you). The counter resets on the first of each calendar month.
What counts as an AI sort?

One AI sort is one of: a capture that gets organized into tasks, a daily plan generation, a Pick (Sukima choosing one thing based on your time, energy, and location), or a project step generation. Regular task editing, voice transcription (which happens on-device), and viewing your list don't count.
Can I switch between plans?

Yes. Upgrade from Free to Pro any time in Settings. Switch between monthly and annual at the next renewal. Downgrade to Free by cancelling Pro; your data stays intact, you just go back to the monthly AI action limit.
How do I cancel?

In the app: Settings then Manage Subscription. On iOS: Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions, then Sukima, then Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro features until then.
Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final, but you can cancel any time to stop future renewals. App Store purchases follow Apple's refund policy (which we don't control). Where the law in your country requires a refund, we comply with the law. See our

What happens to my data if I downgrade or cancel?

Your tasks, projects, categories, and history stay intact. You revert to the free tier limits (15 AI sorts per month). If you delete your account entirely, all server-side data is permanently purged within 30 days. See our

Will prices change?

If we change prices in future, we'll give existing subscribers advance notice and a chance to cancel before the new price takes effect. Current customers won't be silently re-billed at a higher rate.
